This Privacy Policy explains how CleanQuote AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service at quoteitclean.com.

Account information: your email address, business name, logo, and settings you provide.

Customer data you enter: the names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and job details of your customers.

Transaction data: quotes, invoices, payment status, and related records.

Usage data: basic technical information generated when you use the Service.

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, generate quotes and invoices, send emails you initiate, process payments, and respond to support requests.

To generate quote text, pricing suggestions, and duration estimates, job details you enter (such as job type, room counts, and add-ons) are sent to an AI service provider. We do not use this information to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to return your result.

Online payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We receive only limited payment status information (for example, whether an invoice was paid or refunded).

We use Resend to deliver quotes, invoices, receipts, and password-reset emails that you or the Service initiate.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our AI provider (quote generation), and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including password hashing and encrypted transport. See our Security & Data Handling Policy. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@quoteitclean.com.

When you enter your customers’ information, you are the party responsible for that data and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the effective date above when we do.
