Refund Policy

CleanQuote AI is a software tool used by independent cleaning businesses. Refunds for cleaning services are issued by the business that invoiced you, not by CleanQuote AI.

A business can issue a full or partial refund through the Service. Card refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer.

Each cleaning business sets its own cancellation and refund terms. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the business that provided your quote or invoice.

If an invoice was marked paid outside of Stripe (for example, cash or bank transfer), a refund may be recorded in the Service for bookkeeping without a card refund being processed. Any actual repayment is handled directly by the business.

We provide the software that enables businesses to record and process refunds. We are not a party to the underlying transaction and do not decide whether a refund is owed. Disputes are between the customer and the business.
